For the ultimate experience, I highly recommend dining in to enjoy the fish and chips at their freshest. There's something about the crispy exterior and tender fish that simply doesn't translate as well when taken to-go. Julie, our server, consistently embodies kindness and attentiveness, making each visit feel personalized and welcoming. When it comes to our order, we always opt for the halibut or haddock, both of which never disappoint. The fish is fresh and delicious. Had the haddock fish and chips. The shrimp was really nice too. The service was very nice and the place is very cozy. Staff are awesome.

Our family recently moved into the area. We were living in the Scarborough neighbourhood for about 20 years. Went down to Bradford and passed by the following store. Captain George's Fish and Chips We went in, and placed an order for the following: Haddock Special. Ordered haddock, and chips from here today after reading positive reviews. The fish portions are large, received 2 portions of Haddock, the batter is crispy and not overly oily, and the chips were perfect - not overcooked and dry like a lot of places. High quality for the price we paid, will definitely be coming back again.

It is a typical fish and chips restaurant. We came in Sunday noon and it’s pretty empty, got seated immediately. We Ordered: 1. Kids Chicken fingers meal 5/5 2. Lunch halibut fish and chips 4/5 3. Strawberry cheesecake from Cheesecake Factory 4/5 (small slice at $10, and it’s not freshly baked) Overall foods here are good quality. Staff is welcoming and fast service. Kids meal is big portion size. Lunch meal salad part is small.
